About the Opportunity
The Clinton Foundation is seeking an associate for the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) which brings together leaders from the public sector, private sector, and civil society to drive action and create partnerships to improve lives. To do this, CGI hosts both large-scale conferences (1,500+ attendees) and targeted community events to spotlight and bring together the people, issues and solutions making a difference in communities around the world. Separating CGI from other conveners, year-round, CGI supports partners in our community to develop Commitments to Action – new, specific, and measurable projects that help address a specific challenge.
This position provides year-round research and operations support to the Climate Resilience, Health Equity, and Inclusive Economic Recovery & Growth pillars. The Community Associate will support day-to-day activities including research and analysis, community stakeholder mapping and list-building, data management, and schedule management.
The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. CGI works with partners to drive action through its unique model. Rather than directly implementing projects, CGI facilitates action by helping members connect, collaborate, and develop Commitments to Action — new, specific, and measurable plans that address global challenges.
