Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide stellar support for the President of two companies - Hidden Star: a non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to helping women and minorities start and grow their own businesses, and New Leaf Staffing Solutions: a staffing company with a unique model and approach to temporary work placement. This position requires the ability to take on a variety of roles and show excellent attention to detail. This is a flexible hybrid or in-office role based in Austin, TX.
This position allows for considerable flexibility in daily activities and growth opportunities depending on experience and interests of the candidate. Candidate must have a proven track record of high self-initiative and be extremely comfortable with ambiguity and adjustments in assignments.

?Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks delegated by the President, including, but not limited to, assisting with website activities, note-taking, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Client relations for the non-profit including, but not limited to, providing assistance to current or future small-business owners, discussion board moderation, approval of Podcast applicants, and approval of business directory listings.
- May assist with social media and fundraising efforts for the non-profit.
- Research as needed for the President and other management.
- Assist with special tasks and projects as assigned.
?Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in nonprofits, starting your own business, staffing agencies, sales experience, research assistance, or any other related field.
- Experience and confidence with computers, especially Microsoft Office and GSuite.
- Aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker, with the ability to be flexible and modify work and role as requested.
- Resourceful self-starter who embraces new challenges and is internally motivated to succeed.
- Social media or marketing experience is a plus, especially in a business setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
