Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) is looking for passionate people who want to make a difference in people’s lives. Co-Occurring Disorders Therapist for our ACT program in St. Cloud.
As a trusted resource and provider of mental health services, CMMHC is a recognized leader in community health, wellness, and recovery services. Our staff members are part of an integrated team approach to mental and physical wellness - offering supportive mental and chemical health services that change individuals’ lives and build a better community.
Co-Occurring Disorder Therapist provides a continuum of services including assessment, treatment, education, and support, as well as, individual, group and family therapy, under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional, in addition to providing Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment to ACT clients who have a substance use problem.
Essential Duties:
Must be able to implement services in the treatment plan for each client.
Complete ongoing comprehensive substance assessments.
Coordinate services with other programs and providers.
The wage range is based on what qualifications you meet. The starting salary for each applicant will be based on years of experience for the position.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required.

  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota.
OR
  • Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota.

OR

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
    • Working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT required.
OR
The Mental Health Practitioner shall meet the qualifications defined in Minnesota Statute 245.462, subdivision 17.
ACT Team experience preferred.
Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitations screening.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
