Under the direction of the Senior Development Director, the Development Coordinator will be responsible for implementing core tactics for fundraising events, research, and analyzing donor and corporate partner opportunities to help optimize our donor relations and fundraising efforts. Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, able to effectively support multiple organizational initiatives, and will possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, key stakeholders, and supporters. Key functions of this role include leading assigned fundraising events to meet fundraising objectives, volunteer management, donor relations, and development administration. This role will also help identify corporations, conduct research, implement cultivation strategies, and support the direct solicitation of corporate dollars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.25 - $31.50 per hour
