The Down Syndrome Association of Houston (DSAH) is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that provides education, information, outreach, and special events programs for individuals and families touched by Down syndrome.
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all of the programs and services of our organization. Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in the community, who is willing to dedicate themselves to serving others. The successful candidate will enjoy leadership roles and responsibilities, as well as opportunities for continued professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of a product/service or a range of related services to customer/clients.
- Manage the implementation of programs and processes to meet specific needs of customers/clients.
- Develop and direct plans to develop products/services to meet customer/client needs.
- Ensure high level of service quality and customer/client satisfaction.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate performance of the workforce.
- Prepare annual operational budget, forecasts and strategies.
- Identify business opportunities and identify strategies for exploiting these.
- Use first-rate administrative and supervisory skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
