Status: Full-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Corporate Partnership Associate is focused on generating revenue from corporations and building strategic relationships. The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in fundraising success with an emphasis on corporate philanthropy partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.

  • Support organizational plan for researching, prospecting, and securing revenue from corporate prospects across multiple sectors including finance, travel, & hospitality and B2B sectors, across the US and Internationally.
  • Support the Philanthropy Division in the management of key prospects, contraction of a pipeline of desirable prospects which could include philanthropic/foundation grants, peer fundraising, and sponsorship of YAP campaigns
  • Build relationships with key prospects, pitch, and secure corporate partnerships to expand strategic growth goals.
  • Secure meeting and prepare/develop materials and maintain prospect stewardships. Maintain accurate reporting of corporate partnerships.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a partnership development or strategic partnership’s role, mix of corporate and non-profit experience preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising success with an emphasis on corporate philanthropy partnerships.
  • Proven track record generating new revenue and successfully managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and styles, and experience working with contacts at all levels of Fortune 500 companies, including presenting to senior-level decision makers and influencers across business units and functions, including corporate foundation contacts.
  • Understanding and experience with the stages of partnership development, from qualifying, exploratory conversation, strategic proposal development, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Ability to lead internal and external meetings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize while working with multiple projects and relationships concurrently.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills; ability to effectively, collect, analyze, organize, and present information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
