The Early Learning Center of Aspen (ELC) is looking for an Executive Director to run a non-profit infant through Pre-K school in Aspen, CO. This position is responsible for overall school operations and strategy, leading early childhood development curriculum implementation, personnel management and team building. The successful candidate must have early childhood experience and hold or be close to achieving a Childcare’s Director’s Certificate. Strong leadership, financial management, conflict resolution skills, and communication skills are a must; experience with non-profits is recommended. A bilingual candidate is preferred.
