Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Stirling, NJ

Schedule: Full-time

The Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the lives of NJ children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We have been providing ABA treatment and services to families, school districts, private preschools, camps, and communities since 2007.​ Our mission is to help our clients reach their greatest potential and live a more independent life. Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. We want someone excited to work in a fast-paced atmosphere who will, among other things, secure clinical staff to work with children in need of time-sensitive, life-changing services. We are looking for someone eager to have a job of great purpose and eager to make a difference.

What Are The Essential Functions of HR Coordinator?

  • Assist recruiters to find qualified candidates through postings on job sites, social media sourcing and email campaigns
  • Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company, benefits, and culture
  • Work with case management team to improve staff retention rates
  • Conduct orientation meetings with new hires, exit interviews
  • Management of candidate database (Salesforce)
  • Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment activity and other data as requested
  • Assist with general HR related tasks as necessary: PTO, Benefit Administration, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, employment verification, disability, etc.

What Are The Preferred Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Entry level to 1+ years of HR experience
  • Salesforce and Paycor a plus

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
