Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Stirling, NJ
Schedule: Full-time

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. We want someone excited to work in a fast-paced atmosphere who will, among other things, secure clinical staff to work with children in need of time-sensitive, life-changing services. We are looking for someone eager to have a job of great purpose and eager to make a difference.
What Are The Essential Functions of HR Coordinator?
- Assist recruiters to find qualified candidates through postings on job sites, social media sourcing and email campaigns
- Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company, benefits, and culture
- Work with case management team to improve staff retention rates
- Conduct orientation meetings with new hires, exit interviews
- Management of candidate database (Salesforce)
- Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment activity and other data as requested
- Assist with general HR related tasks as necessary: PTO, Benefit Administration, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, employment verification, disability, etc.
What Are The Preferred Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Entry level to 1+ years of HR experience
- Salesforce and Paycor a plus
