Project Manager - Foundation at Swedish Shared Services - FIRST HILL

SCHEDULE: REMOTE HYBRID. MUST LIVE IN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO SEATTLE, WA. 3 days will be worked at our First Hill office, while the other 2 can be worked remotely. 8a-4p PST; Monday-Friday.

The Project Manager is accountable for project leadership of diverse and complex projects in the areas of operational improvement, Foundation data inquires and reporting, support for frontline fundraising activities, quality improvement, strategic objectives and goals, and information technology projects. Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring their assigned projects are planned and executed in a collaborative and efficient manner and have goals and objectives that are in alignment with the Foundation, Swedish Health & Services, and integration across the health system.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience in non-profit or Development Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration
• 2 years of demonstrated project management skills and ability to work effectively to build relationships with colleagues

Preferred qualification:

• Master's Degree
